Information you choose to share
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, service of interest and message. You may also provide a business name, mobile or WhatsApp number, website or social link and approximate budget. Please avoid including passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
How information is used
I use your inquiry to understand your request, respond, arrange a consultation and discuss potential work. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages. The form records whether you allowed your inquiry to be shared with me through WhatsApp for follow-up.
Storage and service providers
Inquiries are saved in the private admin inbox in Supabase, which provides the database, authentication and image storage. The configured database is in the Paris region. The application is prepared for hosting on Vercel. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details to operate and protect the service.
When configured, a transactional email provider sends an inquiry notification to my inbox. An officially supported WhatsApp Business Platform provider may also deliver an owner notification using approved templates. Delivery attempts are recorded separately from your saved inquiry; a failed notification does not delete your message. These integrations require provider configuration and are not implied to be active simply because the form is available.
Spam prevention and security
The server validates submissions and uses a hidden spam field and submission limits. A one-way identifier derived from the request IP address is used for rate limiting; the form does not store a raw IP address with your inquiry. Admin content and messages require authenticated, authorized access.
Consultation bookings and external links
If you open the Google Calendar booking page, Google handles the booking details under its privacy policy. Consultations use Google Meet by default; Zoom can be arranged on request. Opening WhatsApp or LinkedIn takes you to a separate service, whose own privacy terms apply. Details shared directly through email, WhatsApp, Google Calendar or another service are also handled by that service.
Cookies and analytics
The public portfolio does not include advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Administrator authentication uses essential session cookies. Playing the decorative video does not enable third-party tracking. External services may set their own cookies when you visit them.
Retention and your choices
Inquiries are retained while needed to respond and manage potential work, then reviewed for deletion when no longer needed. Archiving an inquiry only changes its inbox status; it does not delete it. You can email me to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. I may need to verify the request and retain records where required for an ongoing engagement or a legal obligation.

This notice will be updated when the way the site handles information changes. The date above identifies the current version.
